Hello sweet friends! I am so excited to be back with the latest "Ask Dr. Meghan." This week I am answering and unpacking these questions from my listeners like YOU...

Have you ever written anything up pertaining to the food pouches you do for your little one? I have two young children (2.5 and 10 months) and would be very interested to hear any food combinations or recommendations you have. -Amber

Can you talk about the benefits and usage of MCT oil? -Betty

If you have questions that you would like answered on the podcast, just email me or ask in the Just Enjoy Health Facebook Group to get on the next one!

I love your approach to food pouches, very similar to my own. As an Occupational Therapist I would absolutely agree that kids need sensory experiences with their food! But I also use them as well. I try to look for ones that are low in sugar and have some sort of protein that will support a lower glycemic response in general. Love your idea of adding the MCTs or Chia seeds in though- the hole is so small I never considered adding any ingredients to it! Thanks for the info!
