Meal planning has become such a hot topic lately. We know that it can save us time and money in a practical sense, but have you ever thought about WHY you meal plan and how it can be biblical and help you serve your family well?

 

My good friend Natasha Red is on the podcast with me today discussing just this! Her heart and mission is meal planning and how it can relieve unnecessary stress and improve relationships!

 

Natasha created a Seasonal Meal Planner to help busy moms be more intentional about their time so they can serve their family in a calm and loving manner. When you think about food, it's not just fuel for your body, it also is something that brings us joy and comfort. It's a way for us to love people.
